Indoor Soccer Registration is Now Open!

Registration is open for Cardinal indoor soccer for the first 6-week session. Registration closes October 16, 2026.

Indoor is a league for players ages 6 to 14, run through the Mentor Recreation Center. All skill levels are welcome.

Teams play one game per week, two 25-minute halves, with games beginning in November at the Rec Center. Games fall on weeknights or weekends, and time slots vary.

The Mentor Recreation Center finalizes the schedule shortly after the registration deadline.

The first six-week session is $125 per player and includes a uniform, unless your existing team is using its outdoor uniforms.

Age groups for 2026/2027

U8: born August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2020

U10: born August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2018

U12: born August 1, 2014 to July 31, 2016

U15: born August 1, 2011 to July 31, 2014
